Cycling's doing its best to clean up the sport.

I was delighted to hear that Lance Armstrong's ex manager has been banned from the sport for 10 years. He's whining that because everybody else was doing it, it was OK. That's like saying my neighbours are burglars, so I'll go and have a dabble at it.
